Note : Before lodging complaint regarding return, refund or exchange. Kindly make sure that you have checked the product within 72 hours from the time you receive the order. Refund will be done in 2- 3 weeks via bank transfer only.
- The product must be unused without any flaws.
- The product must be returned in the original packaging/box as you have received. If the product was delivered in some other package, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached.
- Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box.
- If your product is defective/damaged and incorrect at the time of delivery, please contact us immediately with the evidence. Your product may be eligible for refund depending on the product category and condition.
- If the product is “NO longer needed” (you no longer have a use for the product / you have changed your mind about the purchase or you don’t like the product after checking it) – eligible for selected products only, it can be exchanged depending upon the price of other product customer is willing to get. If it’s price is lower than the exchanged product then the rest of the amount will be credited for your next purchase. If the price is higher than the exchanged product then the additional amount will be made via bank transfer only.
